The health, safety and well-being of people in their workplaces are important to employees, employers and governments alike.

Our experience in protecting these concerns includes prosecutions of violations of federal and territorial health and safety legislation (some of which have addressed workplace fatalities). We have conducted cases under the Canada Labour Code, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992 and territorial workplace safety legislation. We have also provided legal advice to governments, trained enforcement agencies and published numerous articles on the subject.
